Hi Terry and John,

Diane and I would like to thank you both, and all the employees at Newland Construction for the great job you did on our room addition at out vacation home in Seal Beach. The entire project was very enjoyable and everything turned out fantastic, just as we planned. I have been in and around construction most of my adult life and I am well aware of all the things that can go wrong in the building process. So even with a few hic-ups, it was a great pleasure to see your company start and complete our project in a highly organized and timely manner to our complete satisfaction. Even our friends and neighbors were quick to point out how fast the project was completed and were very impressed with the construction and the work being done.

Your employees and the sub contractors used on our project were also great and should be commended; their attention to detail shows and their prompt and courteous response to all of our requests was greatly appreciated. I would like to offer a special "thank you" to one employee, Paul, who we got to know over the last two months. He was always on the job timely, did his work quietly, and didn't leave for the day until everything was cleaned up and put away. His attention to detail and the quality of his work was always first class and he would go out of his way to make sure that everything was done right. Since we were staying at our beach house during this process, these things were very important to us and we greatly appreciated his contribution to the project.

While the construction process can be a challenge, we can only say that we would use Newland Construction again without reservation if or when the need arises and would highly recommend you and your company to everybody.
